Inter Company Despatch, or ICD as it is more popularly known, was established in 1984 to service the courier needs of the local retail and freight industries. We are a division of Blair Consular Services Ltd, Europe's oldest and largest consular agent, established over 40 years ago by Neil Blair, and still the market leader in consular and export documentation solutions, with offices in London and Washington D.C, U.S.A.
ICD is based in Staines, Middlesex, near Heathrow Airport and is ideally placed geographically to offer a full range of courier services for both the trade and retail customer.
